The Complete Genealogy Reporter (TCGR) uses GEDCOM data to create reports containing narrative, media, trees, and indexes.

On its Compatibility tab it claims to support Family Historian and mentions many custom GEDCOM features that other products rarely recognise. If it does not handle the latest Unicode format, then try ticking the ƒh Tools > Preferences > File Load/Save > Save in UTF-8 file format option. If necessary the Export Gedcom File Plugin can be used to adjust particular features.
