A Research Note folder set with two folders: all your research notes grouped by status (using whatever status values your project actually has), and the research notes for the record in the Property Box when the folder is opened, again grouped by status. Refresh the second folder to pick up a different record.
If you open it in the Query Window, the Property Box switches to a different record unless you have turned its syncing off; use the Property Box’s Back arrow to return to where you were.
To install, double-click the downloaded file. Alternatively, in Family Historian 8 click the Query button on the main toolbar, choose Manage Folder Sets and click Import.
