| Title | Life Date display options when no dates exist |

| Description | This relates to the functions LifeDates() and LifeDates2() as well as similar displays of life dates in such as Report Items: Parents, Spouses, Children, Dates with Names and Report Index where life date customisation is impossible or very difficult. Currently, when there is no appropriate start of life date (Birth, Baptism, Christening) or end of life date (Death, Burial, Cremation) then a space character is displayed. It is also possible for a hyphen (-) to be displayed even when both dates do not exist. Life dates are often displayed enclosed in parentheses ( ) such as Jane Doe (1801-1870 ) or John Smith ( - ). Firstly, this request is for an option to replace the space with a question mark (?) when either date is unavailable, e.g. John Smith (?-?). Secondly, an option to suppress the ( - ) entirely when neither date is available. Remember, these options are for all life date displays and not just the two functions, unless those functions are provided in customisable expressions where they currently do not exist.
