I have a Birth Certificate giving an address of 22 Castle Street registered in St Giles, London in 1907.
I can see the 1905 and 1909 London Electoral Rolls on Ancestry but can't find a way to locate Castle Street, does any one have any ideas or know what obvious solution I have missed?
I have found the address on the 1901 Census, but I can't see the people I am looking for.
* Who was living at 22 Castle Street, London around 1907?

What about looking for pages either side in the census for an unusual name then putting that person into the search for the electoral roll. Hopefully they will still be living there and you can then search Castle Street.

Try putting just the address and year of interest into Ancestry search, using the keyword and subsequent date fields. Then drill down through the data sets to the Electoral Rolls.
Look at all the entries, as I've just spotted that not all the residents appear together on the same page (see second image below)
Hope this helps

In FindMyPast there is an Address search for each Census.
In 1901 Census the Boughton family live at 20, Castle Street, St Giles.
In 1911 Census the same family now live at 22, Castle Street, St Giles.
So may be there has been some house renumbering.
However, Price is at 14 and Honey at 24 and Ripley at 30 in both years.
In 1911 Census at 24, Castle Street, St Giles there are children born in 1906 and 1909.

Thanks both, I had the residents on both Census records as I had already done as Mike suggested and used FMP to check the addresses, it was the time in between I was trying to fill, hence trying to find who was there when the children where born.

Russell, sorry just realised you had posted the images I was looking for. Thank you for that.
I think the problem for me is that as it's a tenement block, it's quite possible the lady and the children are there in a different set of rooms, it could be the man is also there in fact, but is still registered to vote at his first wife's address.

Aye Jane,
Another way to view Castle Street on OS 25inch to the mile scale mapping, without the Charles Booth information and with the latest satellite imagery beneath. The opacity of the map is controlled by the blue slider to the left of the map image.

My regards, Bill
