Customizing Diagram Box Shape and Color
I am new to FH. Is there a way to customize the shape and color for male and female? Also, is there a way to customize the color for different generations?

Re: Customizing Diagram Box Shape and Color
Welcome to the FHUG.
I have moved this to the FH General Usage Forum, because as it says, the User Group Forum is for "Suggestions and requests for help on using this site. For help with Family Historian please post in the General Usage Forum."
As a newcomer I advise you study how_to:key_features_for_newcomers|> Key Features for Newcomers and its links to [kb]|[/kb] pages.
Study the Documentation & Tutorials and in particular the ƒh Book: "Getting the Most From Family Historian" where the chapter 9. Setting the Style, Layout & Content of Diagrams explains the type of customisation you are asking about.
Yes, in the Diagram > Options > Boxes tab you can Edit Features for Male and Female boxes.
Then save the changes as a Custom Diagram Type to retain the Installation Settings by default.
I am not sure how you wish to colour boxes both for Male/Female and for different Generations as they appear to be contradictory requirements. However, there are various customisation options that are possible with a little more discussion.

Re: Customizing Diagram Box Shape and Color
Thank you for the reply. I was able to set box format and color. However, the color does not carry over when printed. I scanned through the manual for FH 5 (as I do not yet have FH 6 manual yet at this time), but could not find anything about print in color.

Just in case anyone wanted to know the answer
Diagram>Options and the Print Tab or File>Page Set up takes you to the Print options where you can de-select
