Introduction<\/h2>\n

Most reports are organised as tabulated, indented, or simple lists, but Narrative Reports employ Narrative Report Fact Sentence Templates<\/a> to produce natural language sentences. Very few reports included Witness Facts until \u0192h<\/span><\/span> V7. This article summarises the characteristics of the standard report types.<\/p>\n

Witnessed Facts are where the person who is the focus of the Report has a Role as a Fact Witness of the Principal person’s Fact.
\nFact Witnesses identify all the other people who have a Role as a Fact Witness against the current Principal person’s Fact.<\/p>\n

With a Report <\/i>window open (using the Publish<\/a> menu or Publish > Publish Tool FInder…<\/a> menu) pressing the F1 key, or clicking the Help button in its sub-windows, gives detailed advice on using the Report Window.<\/p>\n
