See <a href=\"https:\/\/www.family-historian.co.uk\/help\/fh6\/hh_start.htm#headerrecord.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Header Record<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Submitter Record<\/h2>\n<p>The Submitter record is normally used when submitting a GEDCOM file to the LDS Church. In that case, it is used to identify the individuals or organisations that contributed information contained in the file. However, it can be used to identify the author of the information in your project, even if there is no intention of submitting your data to the LDS Church. See <a href=\"https:\/\/www.family-historian.co.uk\/help\/fh6\/hh_start.htm#submitterrecords.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Submitter Records<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Submission Record<\/h2>\n<p>The Submission record is normally used when submitting a GEDCOM file to the LDS Church. In that case, the submission record is used to send instructions and information to the receiving system. These instructions are specific to the LDS Church.
