Description
The Fact Set creates a Custom Attribute in which the Note field holds labelled details of Work In Progress or Research To Do for the associated Individual.
A dedicated custom Property Box Tab provides a convenient shortcut to create, access, and update these details.
A summary of these details for all Individuals can be created using Custom Reports or Custom Queries or by Customising Record Window Columns.

Installation Instructions
Take care to only use Downloads for your version of Family Historian.
- Click on To Do V4 Fact Set FHF file for Version 4 only or To Do Fact Set FHF file for Version 5 or later to download and save the FHF (fact set) file, then double click it to install to Family Historian. (To remove an obsolete Fact Set see how to Delete a Fact Set.)
- Click on To Do Property Box Tab FHPBT file for Version 5 or later to download and save the FHPBT (Property Box Tab) file, then double click it to install to Family Historian. If that fails, then within Family Historian use File > Import/Export > Import > Property Box Tab. (To uninstall a tab use the Property Box Menu cog
in V6 and choose Customize Data Entry, or the Menu with a red tick in V5 and choose Customize.) Then double check that Tab: names the desired tab and click More Tab Tasks > Delete Tab.
- Click on Individual To Do List Report FHR file to download and save the FHR (report) file, then double click it to install to Family Historian.
- Click on To Do List Query FHQ file to download and save FHQ (query) file, then double click it to import to Family Historian Version 4 or later. (It will Import into earlier versions, but does not work, and can be deleted using View > Custom Queries > Delete Custom Query.)
