Hi - my husband bought me v4.1.3, 2 years ago, and I have only just got around to trying to install it. Unfortunately nothing is happening - not even an error message. Any ideas on where I can get support to try to resolve? thank you! (I have windows Vista)

Is this a CD installation?
If so if you open the CD can you see the contents?
Does the CD work on another computer?

Yes, it is a CD. When installed, I am asked on computer screen if I would like to run, I then click yes, and that is when nothing else happens..... I shall try on a friend's PC tonight to check it is not my PC. I just wondered if it was something to do with the fact I hadn't registered it for 2 years (i.e. it had expired). Thank you for responding.

Sometimes, with Vista (& Win 7), it can help if you explore the CD then right click on the setup program, then choose 'run as Administrator'.

For the benefit of others, and to confirm which tip worked, what technique resulted in success?

Unfortunately not sure Mike - my husband came home early from work and played around with it, inserted the CD again and it worked...either temperamental PC or stupid wife[oops]
