* Issues with 1906 Canada Census template bundled with A.S. v.7.8.6

It appears that the following issues may have been inadvertently picked up from third-party templates bundled with A.S. v.7.8.6
They are easy to fix in the current release templates, but the changes should be reflected in future releases.

The "Reference Start" should be "1906" or blank.
The current default of "MSA" is not a common default prefix for the average user or the set of templates.

The column, "Location - Township" should have local note set to "Append to census event local note".
The format of a western Canada Legal Land Description (LLD) includes the Section, Township, Range and Meridian.
While I don't believe that A.S. can do this,the LLD is effectively the address for farms in western Canada.
