The general nightmare

Post by E Wilcock »

I realise Calico Pie dont want to lose revenue, but I am going out of my mind with repeated failures to to download fh to our new lap top. (an hour of struggling and re-entering passwords)
I have emailed them asking for help but it really shouldnt be this hard.

In all fairness, I should post that Calico Pie responded at once to my email and, thanks to their help, fh is now uninstalled from the old lap top and installed on the new one.

Reminder:
A full guide to moving to a new PC can be found here:
https://fhug.org.uk/kb/kb-article/famil ... ion-guide/

To reinstall on a new PC using FH7 you need your account name and password you used for the first install and the installation program.

You can check the account name and email address you used on the current install by selecting the Help>About option in the program.
