Please could the Forum Usage Tips be added to the FAQS?
I've lost count of how many times I've referred to that for adding Attachments and Taking Screenshots.
Also in Your Information and Preferences it explains how to update your Profile for the Family Historian Version, etc, which is another recurring theme.

Re: Knowledge Base FAQS
Need to think about that, Mike. That faq list needs to be kept short to be useful. Might be better to put it on the front page but under other sources of help. Even then I'm not convinced it's important enough. Or that newcomers will read it. They usually find their way to the forums first so will still need to be pointed at it.
If it's onerous asking people to update the version in their profile, have you considered not doing it.

Re: Knowledge Base FAQS
Other Sources of Help would work almost as well.
It has been explicitly referenced at least 32 times in the last year or so by about half-a-dozen users.
If it had been easier to cross-reference, I suspect it would have been mentioned even more often.
Users are regularly asking how to attach images, etc, so they are not finding the advice.

Re: Knowledge Base FAQS
My guess is that newcomers aren't finding the kb because they don't know that such a thing exists, not that they're not finding the article. So I don't think it will help that much.
Even if it was link off the forums instead, I doubt it would get read.

Re: Knowledge Base FAQS
Maybe, but I (and no doubt others) would find it easier to copy the hyperlink if it were somewhere on the front page.
Currently, I have to open the KnowledgeBase then open the Key Features for Newcomers and then open Forum Usage Tips before I can copy its link with its title included. I'm looking for a shortcut to posting the link into postings where new users are unsure how to attach images, etc.

Re: Knowledge Base FAQS
I can't put that shortcut (to generate the text to paste) on the front page, so you will still need to open the article. Searching is probably the fastest way to get there.
