Some guidance please.

As you can see from the screenshots 1704 Exceptions have been found for the single criteria of Fact Age is negative
However Close and Report doesn't provide a report, just closes the Plugin. I wonder what it is finding?

Another minor issue is that some of the text is not displaying correctly on my High Res screen, particularly the check box text on the Options page. I have reduced the Font size to 8 and though better it hasn't made it readable.

The count of Exceptions Detected is the total not just those chosen on the Options tab.
Try changing the Options and the count never alters.

The displays should look like the screenshots in the Help & Advice pages.
High Res screens are something of a problem.
Your Records tab looks squashed and the Options tab bottom tick option is wrapping.
Unfortunately, the display is managed via the Plugin Lua IUP library and FH so I have little direct control.
I presume you are experimenting with the Set Window Fonts button of the Plugin?

I could experiment with some adjustments to the display formatting and see if that helps.
Give me a day or so and I'll try and post a prototype updated Plugin.

Thanks Mike.
Ok, so Total of all Exceptions Detected
Yes I used Set Windows Fonts and reduced it to 8.
Perhaps there would be space for the wrapping text if it was made two lines, full width?

Peter, I have made changes to the way the details on the tabs are displayed that may be better on HiRes monitors.
I've updated the Exceptions Detected count to also show the Reported count for enabled reports on the Options tab.

Try attached Show Project Statistics plugin Version 2.3.1 Date 15 Feb 2021.

It would interesting if you tried using Set Window Fonts with Arial Narrow and various point Sizes.

This came up as soon as the Plugin was run.
OK'd this and then got this Lua error

[string "C:\ProgramData\Calico Pie\Family Historian\Pl..."]:3631: attempt to index a nil value (field '?')
stack traceback:
[string "C:\ProgramData\Calico Pie\Family Historian\Pl..."]:3631: in function 'UpdateCount'

[string "C:\ProgramData\Calico Pie\Family Historian\Pl..."]:3516: in function 'GUI_MainDialogue'
[string "C:\ProgramData\Calico Pie\Family Historian\Pl..."]:4697: in main chunk

Ok'd that and the Plugin froze with the progress bar at 33% !

That is rather odd.
Is that on the same Project that you ran the plugin on before?
If you run it again does it report the same error:

Hi Mike,
I have run 2.3.1 with no problems. (Also run on 2.3 yesterday)
Is it possible to have the reported errors count repeated on the options page. I had to keep switching tabs to find which options affected the count

Yes it is the same project.
Ran it again and the plugin window appeared immediately, it was slow to form first time. It also show some Stats. Clicked on Update Statistics and it errored again. On the plus side the text handling is very much better even with Segoe UI, 8, only the wrapped check box text is muddled. I do have all the Tick boxes checked except the wrapped text one.

Rolled back to the previous version and tried an Update, it errored and crashed FH.
Not sure what to try now?

I've found the problem. FH V7 GEDCOM 5.5.1 allows Sex to be 'Unknown' whereas FH V6 GEDCOM 5.5 did not.
The Plugin was not catering for the value 'Unknown' and only for the FH V6 blank undefined Sex value.

Somehow between runs of the Plugin, one of your Individuals has had their Sex changed to 'Unknown'.

I have also added the Exception counts to the Options tab as requested by John.

Try attached Show Project Statistics plugin Version 2.3.2 Date 16 Feb 2021.

How is the HiRes monitor display of text now?

BTW: You will get the Table Grid mismatch message every time the Plugin version changes.

Yes it runs fine now. And you are right, some of the exceptions the Plugin found a couple of days ago were individuals without a gender. I corrected them all but I had to make one of them 'Unknown' as the first name could be male or female.
The text display is fine for everything except the lowest check box on the Options tab. Still using Segoe UI 8.

When I asked if it was the same Project, I should have been more pedantic and asked if it was identically the same Project without any changes. Then you would have told me what you changed and I would have found the solution quicker.

Please try the attached variant of the Plugin with two alternative formats for that wrapping toggle text on Options tab.
Is either of them any better?
