Hello Everyone, I've just upgraded from V5 to V6 and have returned after mistakenly trying out using a Mac for research.
Anyway the issue I have is that I added two photos to a record and they automatically appeared on the Focus window where I already have a photo of the person. I've found you can choose the amount of photos using customise view in the focus window.
I don't want to reduce the number of photos available to be put in the focus window but I do want to choose which ones appear. I've checked help and this forum and cannot find the answer anywhere. Can any of you point me in the direction of how to select and deselect photos appearing there?
Many thanks
Mark

In the Property window (for each person), go to the Media tab.
All your media items for that person will be listed.
Select the record you no longer want to display on the Focus widow.
Click the 'Edit' icon.
Tick the option, Exclude from Diagrams.

Or alternatively, go to the Media tab of the property box and use the up and down arrows to sort the media so the ones you do want to display are listed first.
