Post by Rachchris1426 » 05 Jun 2019 10:36

In the file for Backup/Restore, only the small backup is lit up and the other two are not.
Any sugestion on how to fixe this problem with the 6.2 version for a full backup.
Thank you

The most likely reason for this is you have not created a Project, so the other options are not applicable.

Welcome to the FHUG.
I have moved this to the FH General Usage Forum as it is not to do with Importing and Exporting to another product.

As a newcomer are you aware of the difference between opening a GEDCOM file and creating a Project from a GEDCOM file?
Did you once have a Project listed in the File > Project Window but that is no longer the case?

There are several features of FH that are NOT supported for a GEDCOM file and only work for a Project.
The Backup options you mention are just one such feature.
