I would greatly appreciate some help with the following situation:-
I have inserted a number of photos via the Multimedia tab but the family photo won't display in the top box of the Family Group Sheet.
I've studied the manual extensively but can't find the answer. All other photos display as expected in their appropriate boxes but no photo will display in the top box of the Family Group Sheet as displayed in the manual page 189.
Please keep any reply very simple (idiot proof) as I'm not very computer- savvy.
Thank you.

Re: Publishing photos in reports
Have you double checked
1. The Image you are expecting is linked to the Family Record, the quick way to check is to open the Image in the Media Window and check it shows on the Links tab as linked to a Family Record, with the little chart graphic and not only to a marriage or individual record.
2. That you have the Family Image selected to show in the Report Options Pictures tab.

Re: Publishing photos in reports
If the photo is attached to an Individual on their Media tab, then it needs to be moved.
On that Media tab select the photo and click the red X and choose Unlink Only.
Now in the Focus Window make sure the married couple who are the family in question are in Focus.
Now click the blue marriage bar that runs across underneath their boxes.
That will show their Family record Property Box.
Open its Media tab, then click Add Media and choose Link to Existing Media Record.
Select the family photo you unlinked above, and your problem should be resolved.
