Saving colour diagrams as pdf

Post by E Wilcock »

I have a black and white printer.
When I save the diagram as pdf I think one has one has to go through a fictional save to print routine?
But in my case this results in a black and white diagram.
I think it would be nicer for the recipient to to have it in colour.
How does one do this?

In Diagram Options > Print tab, you have probably ticked Print text lines and boxes in black-and-white only. Untick this and the diagram will be 'printed' to PDF in colour. You may need to tick that option again when you next want to print to your own black and white printer, to avoid getting grey backgrounds to boxes which make it hard to read.
