Is there any way in which I can show the RIN as well as name for each person in a diagram?

Just add

=RecordId() 

To your chosen text scheme where you want it to show.

It depends on exactly which number you mean by RIN.

=RecordId(%INDI%) refers to the Record Id often shown in square brackets in many displays.
In Text Schemes see the Available Item cunningly named Record Id.

%INDI.REFN% refers to the Custom Id field available to most record types.
In Text Schemes see the Available Item cunningly named Custom Id.

%INDI.RFN% refers to the Permanent Record Number field for Individuals.

%INDI.RIN% refers to the Automated Record Id field for Individuals and is the true RIN tag.

You get to Text Schemes via Diagram > Options > Text tab and Edit but would be wise to Clone any standard scheme first.
