Individual Census Summary Report

Post by Gowermick »

Mike,
A short while ago you created the above report, to solve someone's problem.

Whilst the report does exactly what was asked, can one adjust the location of the Address field, so that is immediately beneath the Place field, rather than its current position, beneath the census year?

Sorry, no, not in FH.
You would have to save it and edit externally in Word or PDF Editor, etc.

Thanks, I didn't think so :( (I got round it by changing the size and colour, which I can live with :D )

As a subsidiary question, the current expression for the record is %INDI.NAME:ADORNED_FULL% (=LifeDates2()), how can one modify this, to include a Custom ID? I'm not too sure of correct Syntax to achieve this.

i.e. I wish to change current header from Thomas MOORE (1798- ) to read J00560e Thomas MOORE (1798- )

Just add
%INDI.REFN[1]%
to the front, remember you can look all references up using the Insert Data Ref button when editing Record Heading Details on the Format tab.
