New Query Census Places

Post by jsphillips »

Thanks for the new query'Census Places'
It brings up Life events names and columns for the census's 1851-1901 Birth date, Death date, ID also Family as spouse husband etc
Unfortunately it does not bring up the Census places which is blank.
I do not know if that is me I enter the place in the appropriate box 'place' when I enter my data ?? together with date as 25 Oct 1891 and age 45 etc.

Some Query features are dependent on the FH Version you are using.

Please mention the FH Version when posting, or use the appropriate Forum for your FH Version.
e.g.
Forums > Version 3 Usage
Forums > V4 Usage
Forums > V5 Usage

Windows 7 has a Snipping Tool to capture images very easily; for example:Image

Either click the Start orb and enter Snipping into the Search programs and files box,
or use Start > All Programs > Accessories > Snipping Tool.

In either case, right-click the Snipping Tool short-cut and select Pin to Taskbar or Pin to Start Menu so that it always handy.

Open the Snipping Tool and read through the help via the blue ? icon.

You can capture any rectangular screen area and save it as a PNG (recommended for FHUG), or JPG, or GIF, etc.

It is far better than the old PrtScrn featue.

Thanks Michael wonderful snipping tool. I add 3 images showing the entries made in FH. As you can see no entries in the query result for Bulstrode Harry Whitelocke for 1901 or come to that any other census result!
I would like your comments please
