* Problem With Adding Media Files

I’m using 7.0.22 and for the past few months have been experiencing problems adding media files to facts. I appreciate that it can be done by dragging the file but the ‘traditional’ way is so much easier. It happens with all file types – pdf, jpeg etc. Any ideas please?

Do you get an error message? What goes wrong?
What do you mean by the 'traditional' way? Please describe the exact commands or buttons you are using.

tatewise- thanks for your reply. Not being very IT savvy I've found it difficult to explain more clearly. I seem to have solved the problem by dragging and pasting my attachments. Thanks for your response anyway.
