Forum search problem
The simple search box (top right corner) seems to be behaving rather oddly recently.
Whatever term I search on, the first 13 items in Forum Results are an ancient thread about Using V5 on a Mac, followed by long lists of similarly obsolete material that have nothing to do with the term entered. The KB results are equally irrelevant, and includes broken links to pages that are no longer available.
Is it broken?

Re: Forum search problem
Can you test if you get the same results for the KB from the search on the KB sit eplease?

Re: Forum search problem
I have noticed similar odd behaviour and was about to report it too.
It seems that the Search text is being ignored and does not appear in the Search box on the results page.
i.e. It is the same as searching for the empty string which of course finds everything!
There are thousands for every year in the Filter by Year at the bottom.
If you enter the desired Search string into the empty results page Search box then everything is fine and the KB results are the same as searching directly in the KB. The problem is the Search string is initially always empty.
Also, sometimes instead of a two column results page, the Knowledge Base Results and Forum Results are one under the other in a single column.

Re: Forum search problem
KB search appears OK. Forum is same whether logged in or not. Presumably, you don’t see the same issue?

Re: Forum search problem
Seems to be working thanks. However, when I search for UniqueID, the first 50 forum results were all for the same thread!!
It doesn’t seem possible to select unique threads, even in the advanced search. Is that fixable?

Re: Forum search problem
Yes, that fixes the Search Results except that the one-column display still sometimes happens.
e.g. try Search for Source Citation
