Thank you. That gives the clues I need and I can now reproduce the errors. Fixing it may take a little longer
BTW: You can only have 3 Attachments per posting. If you add more than one Attachment and then start editing the posting the Attachments can become detached. So do all the editing first and add the Attachments as the last action before submitting the posting.

Try the attached Rearrange Address and Place Parts plugin Version 1.7.2 Date 14 Aug 2023.
It should cope with Place names that only differ by the upper/lower case of some letters.
However, it does not change the case of the letters used in the Place names.
So you still need to use such as the Place Exceptions plugin to find and correct the upper/lower case letters.
