Some of my direct ancestors have married more than once and had children in each marriage but those born in the second or later marriages are being labelled as half cousins. Surely they are still my cousins regardless?
How do I get them to display as full cousins?

They are not full cousins because one of their parents is not your direct ancestor.

You cannot change the way FH identifies relationships.

However, it sounds like 'half cousin' is the correct relationship if you only share one common grandparent.

Miketate and mjashby, ALL children that my uncle fathered, are my full cousins, irrespective of which wife was their mother.
It is rare for both sides of a marriage to be a direct descendant of one of your ancestors, so mjashby’s statement is factually incorrect.
i.e. For all my first cousins, I am only directly related to one of their parents, yet they are still full cousins

I think you have mis-read the question. It is not about an uncle/aunt having married twice. It is about a direct ancestor having married twice. If you are descended from your grandfather by his first wife but he also had a child (let's say a son) by his second wife that son is your father's half-brother and your half-uncle. So his children are your half-cousins.
