login to My Heritage in Family Historian

Post by dapringle »

Hi,
When I try to login into My Heritage through Family Historian I get the following message :- Cookies must be enabled. Please enable your browser's cookies functionality and try again. I have tried to sort it out but cannot find a solution.
Thanks,
David Pringle.

Tools > Preferences > Internet Data Matches > Location to display.

Set it to External Web Browser, and see if that helps.

Hi,
Thanks Helen, that partially fixes the problem. It is only My Heritage that's causing the problem, Find my Past works ok.
David.

See the recent My Heritage Data Matches (18105) posting that offers a workaround by logging in to MyHeritage via the Web Search window beforehand.
