How do you add links to the “Related Content” section at the bottom of KB pages? I couldn’t figure it out from the editor, and can’t find any pages that have anything listed to crib from!

There are obvious groups of closely related pages (e.g. Backup, Migration, and Scope of Features) that would benefit from easy cross-reference.

You can't-- it's automatically generated and varies as articles are added/edited, based on common terms.

If you want to cross-reference specific articles, you have to do it manually.

we could think about making 'Useful External Links' into 'Useful links' if it was thought to be... useful... :D But then there's be confusions between Related Content and Useful Links.

The other (and probably better) alternative would be to use the topic tags to include articles in multiple sections.

Ok, thanks. The absence of any content suggests that authors (including me) might not be using keywords effectively...?

Keywords are used by Search.

The KB is designed for things to be discoverable by Topic or Search.
