There is a query available for download to do exactly this.
Select downloads from the main menu on this page, then select queries. Scroll down to the bottom, select the 2nd page and about half way down, you will see a query called 'Related How'.
Download this query, then in Family Historian, select 'Related How' from the query menu. When you run this query, you will be prompted to select the names of the two individuals that you want to know the relationship of.
