Editing Profile
I have just edited my profile but now I can't seem to find a way to read it to make sure I didn't mess up.
I click my name and only get to see the signature; nothing else, like interests, occupation, etc.
I searched FAQ and KB and GU, but there doesn't seem to be anything helpful.
Any hints appreciated in advance.

Re: Editing Profile
Tony,
Click on your name at top of screen, and select User Control Panel. (rather than Profile.). This opens up a multi-tab page, where you can change preferences, signature, profile etc.

OR, after clicking your username in a posting, use the [ Edit profile ] link near the top.
I have moved this to the Web Site Usage Forum.

Re: Editing Profile
Hello folks.
I did all that and entered all parts of profile I thought necessary and submit.
My problem is that when I go back to see what I wrote, I only see the signature; the interests and occupation, for example, do not show. Why?
Thank you.

Re: Editing Profile
I'm not sure what you are saying.
Are they missing when you go to the Edit profile dialogue where they are shown in separate boxes, or when you go to the Viewing profile dialogue where they are listed near the top.
Perhaps a screenshot would clarify things.

Re: Editing Profile
When I log in and click my name (at the top) and select Profile all I get is Contact TonyVella, and Signature.
When I click Edit Profile (on the same page) all boxes are empty.
When I select Profile in User Control Panel all the boxes are empty.
Maybe I should Edit Profile and enter everything again?

Re: Editing Profile
Are you sure you’re looking at all the tabs? You should at least see your signature, because it is there for me to see
Edit: under the Edit Profile Tab, you have more menu items. The first item is your Profile (like you, all my boxes are empty except Location which is set to Swansea) the next item is Edit Signature etc etc. Try going down this list to see what is there.

Re: Editing Profile
After opening the Viewing profile dialogue, use Edit Profile to reach Edit profile dialogue.
Enter one or two boxes, and then scroll down to bottom and click Submit, otherwise nothing gets saved.
Assuming that succeeds, repeat the process with the other boxes.

Re: Editing Profile
Well Mike, I did it over again, and this time it seems to have worked.
Incidentally, this time I got an alert that Interests was too long so I cut it down to basics.
Thanks a lot.
