Accesssing Knowledge Base

I am unable to access the Knowledge Base, despite having tried to do so via various different links. Every time, I get a message telling me to I check my config and permission settings and/or run the installer? Where and how do I do that, please? I have used the knowledge base before, but not for quite some time.

Same here, same error message. I used Knowledge Base only yesterday.

That was very strange. I deleted the folder and recreated it and as far as I can see it's now working OK.
