Please could anyone tell me how to add a child to a person, before they married which is nothing to do with their husband. Keep getting a bit mixed up, I cant seem to think how to do it at the moment.

Adding Child to Single Parent
A few ways to do it. This is one way:
1.Find the mother in the properties window
2. Click in the darker blank tab next to their current spouse
3. In the blank tab that is displayed click 'Add Child' in the section which would normally display children.
4. Add the child there.
5. Change the status of the partnership to Never Married.
6. You may need to change the order of the spouses so that this relationship appears before the existing marriage by clicking the up/down buttons that are next to the tabs that show the spouses.
