I always back up my projects not only on a hard drive but also create copies onto a memory stick. However recently I had a hard drive replaced and therefore had to reinstall The family historian programme. I used the gedcom fle on my memory stick and all was well except that I lost all the custom queries I had created. Is there any way of saving these so I don't lose them again.

Also if you have V5 there are a couple of plugins which help with backups.
