Text in Narrative Reports

Post by jmpjack »

I know that I am probably doing something incorrectly, but having typed in a Census, my first one, and looked at it in the Narrative Report for the individual concerned, the Text is all over the place. I used Tabs to create the columns and even rejigged it in the Source pane but still no joy. Is there anyway of getting the columns to line up please?
Thanks

Tabbing is font and size dependent so, unless you are using the same font & size in reports as in Gedcom census or your source note (which you almost certainly will not be), your tabs won't line up. Unfortunately there isn't an easy work around within FH at the moment, unless I'm missing something new in v4. You just have to export your report in word processor format and reformat externally.
