Birth Facts from 1939 register

Post by Croftian »

Hi Nick
I've been inputting a no. of 1939 registers, and have realized the full birth date I input has not transferred to my FH project. I've since realized I had not set Options correctly (see screenshot of correct setting). I've a feeling I know the answer, ;) but is there any quick way to revise the data already input, or do I need to correct all manually ?
Thanks
Croftian

Hi Croftian

Sorry, as you suspected you'll need to add the births in Family Historian. :(

All the best

Nick

The moral of this experience is to experiment with any new data entry technique on the Family Historian Sample Project or a copy of your master Project and check the results of a few representative cases before committing to a significant number of real data entries.
