Recently I have been getting an error message when trying to save media images. I have deleted and then installed a fresh download of Ancestral sources but to no avail.
Any suggestions would be welcome.

Re: problem saving media images
This is a fairly standard Windows Error Message, so the first question is the obvious one. Have you thoroughly checked the details of the 'path' that the error message says does not exist?

Yes the path is correct. This problem does not occur everytime I try to save an image.
Since posting the question I have tried to save an image and was able to do so.

Re: problem saving media images
Could you post a screenshot that includes the full 'path' please.
Also please show the Details of exception error message.
It is not entirely clear whether it is the 'path' being copied from, or the 'path' being copied to.
Is it possible that some other program, backup utility, anti-virus, cloud storage tool, etc, is interfering?
When you say sometimes it fails and then subsequently works, is that for the identical image 'path' and filename?
Or is it that some fail and some succeed but with different filenames?
Might it be possible that the 'path' including filename may exceed the Windows limit of 255 characters?

Will do next time It happens.
It fails and then succeeds for identical path and filename.
