What is the easiest way to rename a media file? So it changes not only on my page but in the media folder. Like iof I have a file named 27364536475 Walker.jpg and just want it to say walker.jpg. Thanks

Use the Search and Replace plugin and on the Extra Filters tab select Multimedia Linked File Fields & Media files.
On the Major Options tab, you may need to set the Search Scope to Multimedia Records and Select Records.

If you have several files that simply need leading digits removed then the LUA Pattern Mode can handle those in one pass.
If you need help with that then please ask.

If you want to maintain consistency between the name of Source Records and the associated Media Records and Files, you could try the Rename Source Media plugin.
It is intended to make it easy to ensure consistent naming for associated media. It renames the Media records and usually also the media files that are associated with the Source record or the prepared citation, so that their names match the Source record title, as closely as possible. It will add a numeric suffix to ensure uniqueness if necessary.
It won't help if you need to rename media linked to record types other than Sources.
