Lost Expression

Post by rodit »

Many moons ago I asked for assistance in identifying Ancestors with coloured Diagrams. Due to circumstances I have lost this Expression. It was a derivative of =IsAncestorOf(%INDI%,FileRoot()) ,starting with my Grandparents.
Thus the File Root part would be taken by my grandparents whose RID's are 10, 11, 12 and 13.
How do I show these in the above Expression?
Thanks in advance
Roger

I suspect this is the old posting: Change Record ID (13594) with expressions like:
=IsAncestorOf( %INDI%, Field( Record(6,"I"), 'INDI.FAMC>HUSB>' ) )

Now you could have found that yourself by clicking your username rodit to the right of your posting.
Then click Search user’s posts and put IsAncestorOf in the Search these results box at the top.

Correct, Mike. It was an old posting which I looked for in my postings but didn't find, possibly by not entering the right Search criteria.
