Fact Tab
I will admit I am new to FH and as a committed user of TMG I am having some trouble wrapping my mind around the fact tab for an individual. After importing my data from TMG (~ 100K people) I notice that the Fact Tab displays numerous facts that are not directly related to the person that has the focus. For example, the deaths of various members of the family, sibling events, and so on. I really only want to see the facts that pertain to the focus person. Is there a way to hide all the other unwanted facts so that I can focus on the person under review?
Re: Fact Tab
Have a look at the toolbar at the bottom of the facts pane. There is an icon/button that looks like a calendar with a plus symbol.
That is the "Show/Hide Timeline Facts" button. It toggles on and off and it sounds like it is set ON showing facts from the immediate family.
Click it ON and OFF to see the effect it has on the list of facts.
