Hi Sam, did you resolve your installation problems from Accessing Family Historian v6 (14366)?

I presume you are using Publish and selecting one of the report options?
Are you saying that none of them are working?
Try reinstall FH V6 and they should then be working.

I presume you are able to display the Ancestors Diagram.
Use Diagram > Save Diagram As and choose your desired format - PDF File is popular and usually gives good results.

Does it say "Report not found" or something else?

Does folder C:\ProgramData\Calico Pie\Family Historian\Reports\Standard\ exist with lots of FH Report files?

If the C:\ProgramData\ folder does seem to exist then it is probably hidden so follow advice in Knowledge Base > Family Historian Program Data Folder under Notes for Windows 8, 8.1, 10.

I suspect it may be a file permissions problem that sometimes happens with Windows 10.

Ensure you are checking the C:\ProgramData\Calico Pie\Family Historian\Reports\Standard\ folder and NOT the similarly named C:\Program Files (x86)\Family Historian\Reports\ folder.

Then right-click any of the .fhr Report files in that Standard folder and choose Properties.
On the Security tab, Everyone should be listed with Full control Permissions for Everyone as shown here.

If those Permissions are missing, then check C:\ProgramData\Calico Pie\Family Historian\Diagrams\Standard\ since you say Diagrams are Ok, and similarly check any of the .fhdx Diagram files.

If the problem is restricted to the C:\ProgramData\Calico Pie\Family Historian\Reports\Standard\ folder, then carefully delete just that Standard folder and its contents and try reinstalling Family Historian V6.2.2.
