I don't like the idea of automatically being opted-in to anything. If I want to be notified I will opt-in. This would include the notifications at the top by my name. I shouldn't have to opt-out.

Curious - what happens if you choose the Selected Folder option and navigate to that folder? Do you still see the unlinked file? Could you also select the Full File Path display option so we can see the full file path, please. Can you also post the File Explorer view of that folder to confirm there...

Yes, but entering Dates in DD MMM YYYY format is NOT affected by the Tools > Preferences > General settings. Are you wanting FH to understand mm-dd-yyyy with the dashes? If the dashes don't matter, in Tools > Preferences > General you can select your preferred date format. One of the options is dd mmm yyyy.
