I'm trying your last hint, but wonder if there is something I'm missing, I selected one address & place, but the results are for all the same places in the database. Is it that the subsets only apply to the 'Place' ?

Ian, did you use the FH Help > Check for Updates > Upgrade Now option? IMO that has proved to be a problematic method. It is much more reliable if you use the https://www.family-historian.co.uk/install7 link. The way I find that URL is via the CP Downloads > Download Archive https://www.family-hist...

Census : Entering text from source, I add all refs below the templated output (belts & braces !) ,after pressing 'text' for the full note window. If you go to top right corner of edge browser, and click on a "down" arrow, then "three dots" you'll get a menu for download settings, I have mine set to a desktop folder 'Pending' from which I can organize
