Re: Deleting trees no longer wanted

I see all your discussions, and you are right. I am totally confused. You are all computer literate more than I will ever be. I have tried to correct it but have succeeded in making it worse by adding more to the list. I have decided to leave things as they are, or get another tree maker and start a...

Re: Deleting trees no longer wanted

Thank you Mike, It really bothers my 80 year old brain. I am so worried about losing the three trees I am working on. On the Gedcom Tasks list of tree names, there are just two tree names I need deleted. They are completely empty just the tree name remains. It is not a problem really but I like thin...

Re: Deleting trees no longer wanted

Hello Jane,
Thanks for replying. To be honest I haven't a clue what it all means. In the Focus Window what do I click on.
Did you understand what I was trying to explain. Please try to help if you can.

Deleting trees no longer wanted

Good morning,

On the list of Gedcom tasks, I have two trees not wanted. They are empty and when I click on themn
a notice comes up with "file not found". How can I delete these from the list. Thank you for any help

Re: Details missing from named list

Hi to you all,
I appreciate all what you are saying but all I know is the column in question was empty all the way down all the names.

Not to worry, it is all okay now, thanks to your help. If I have any more problems I know where to come, lol, lol. Jean

Re: Details missing from named list

Hello Mike and Lorna,

"SUCCESS". Did what you said and it is all back to normal. I may not have explained myself very well, but we all got there in the end, somehow. Thank you so much. Jean

Re: Details missing from named list

Thank you Mike and Lorna. I have Family Historian v.6.2. I will try what you suggest and get back to you with a "success" or "need more help" lol, lol. I have been doing this for over 25 years but haven't come across this problem before. I noticed when I clicked on the heading Re...
