I have used the dropbox backup feature and I now find that I do not have access to any of my Family Historian projects. I do not know what I have done wrong.

I want to add a newspaper entry in pdf format as a piece of media. I can add the link to the appropriate file but FH cannot open the pdf file and just shows a pdf icon in the media viewing dialogue box. I am following guidance from "Getting the most of Family Historian5" (even tho I have version 6!) but I have not got any Samples available to me. The only option that I have from the Project Window/More Tasks/Samples is to "Reset Sample Project". I have done this but I still cant access any samples....
