My thanks to all who offered help.
At Nick's suggestion I viewed the four folders in AS Settings. The Source Template folder showed zero content, so I renamed it. When run, AS created a new folder showing 4KB content.
Magic! Many thanks, Nick.

AS Census - SourceTemplate.xml missing
It was working yesterday, but today I keep getting error "SourceTemplate.xml missing" when attempting to enter census data.
I have had no success with using a new copy of Ancestral Sources. Restarting my computer makes no difference.
Please help!

Re: Unable to float Property Box
Lorna and Craig - my sincere apologies for wasting your time. Today, a fresh start, all is well. The PB is working as normal. Many thanks for the suggestions. I'll note them for future reference. Yesterday I'm sure I shut down and reloaded FH more than once, but whatever I did the fault remained. Bl...

Unable to float Property Box
Yesterday - and many weeks before - FH was trouble free.
Today FH opened fine and displayed a docked PB. On selecting the float button, PB vanished. The only way I found to get it back was to reload FH. Also, clicking a record in the Individual list would not open a PB. Help, please!

Re: File Statistics - unable to repeat earlier print layout
Hello Mike, I tried several times the Reset Sample Project link, and every time it ended with an error message telling me that it was restored but there was a problem – I cannot remember the exact wording. Mike, Bless you! I'm at the bottom of very steep learning curve! After trying File>File Statistics I trawled through the drop-downs and must have missed Publish > Miscellaneous Reports > File Statistics - my eyes aren't as good as they used to be. Re missing Sample Project - I must re-read "Key...

Many thanks, Mike and Colin.
My apologies for the simple question, but I'm having a few problems with my imported TMG data.

Populating a Census Entry
Is it necessary to have a family member in FH's database, before using AS to add other members of the family appearing in a census? As a new user of FH and AS, the only way I have found of adding a newly-discovered (census) family is to add a name to FH, then open AS to add the rest of the family. I...
