Goodness, the Show Project Statistics plugin should come with a health warning! The inconsistencies report will keep me busy until Easter at least. Thanks for pointing it out.

I thought that this might be the answer but being new to Family Historian I was worried that I might have missed something obvious. I'm surprised that you have had this problem. Whilst evaluating Family Historian I tested both direct import and GEDCOM import from TMG versions 8 and 9. All my occupation data transfered correctly from the memo in TMG into the fact in Family Historian. As far as I can tell so far I haven't lost any...
