Hi Geoff, Thanks, I checked out the registry hack you mention. Unfortunately that only affects the screen rendering, when I applied that patch not only did it not fix the reversed characters on print output (preview ok) but it had a very detrimental effect on the screen rendering, ie the Save, Home,...
