I have a new computer that is running Windows 8. I have transferred my files but I have lost the columns that listed "spouses" and "relation to root". Please can you advise what actions to take to bring these two columns back.
I have also lost the help feature.
Regards, Sue

Surname Only List

Ancestry's other databases
I think that some of the other databases can only be accessed if you are prepared to pay more than the basic membership.

Printing a Named List
Thank you Jane that is just what I wanted. The reason for this is that I have just taken delivery of a transcription of St Stephens Launceston Baptisms on CD which has been locked and cannot be printed and in order to look at it I need all my people born in this parish in list format.

Printing a Named List
I have created a named list of a number of people born in the same parish. I wish to print this list but have not found a way of doing so. I thought I had accomplished this in the past. Please can you give ma a clue as to what I should be doing.

Loss of info upon reformatting hard drive
Thank you for your help Jane, I think I am nearly there with all that I have lost. I do have version three so will try to remember to export what I can. At least all the data and photographs are intact. I hope we do not have to reformat the disk again.
