Storing Documents
I have a number of old documents that I am in the process of scanning, What would be the best way to look at and protect the originals. I was thinking A3 sleeves and a backing sheet of some-sort. I also have some parish news booklets too. All advise appreciated.

Unknown Child
In the 1911 census for my family, it is stated that 2 children had died. I have found the details of one. Can i put an unknown child and sex into the tree, for appearance and possibly add information as and when it arises.

Diagram Box Size
Hello all.
I am trying to make all the boxes in my diagram the same size, I appreciate that the size is determined by the text, but i would like them the same length.
Also I can eliminate the shadow from the text box. Is there a whole diagram default for this.
Regards royp

I am unable to view JPEG in any report. When I checked the multimedia area all the jpeg locations are correct but the box has a X through it.
When I click the box i get 'unable to load object.error on file open'.

I have a number of distant relatives where i have their married names and not their maiden names. Is there a set way of recording this, such as placing their married name in brackets. I have made a note to say that their maiden name in unknown.
