Re: Custom Query Download Problem

Hi Mike

Just to finish off, the other query downloads are all now working,
after I followed the points 1 to 6 as previously suggested by yourself.

A very happy bunny and I appreciate your help.

Re: Custom Query Download Problem

Hi Mike I think this is the missing download https://www.fhug.org.uk/wiki/doku.php?id=fhugdownloads:contents:ancestors_missing_census_entries There appears to be title differences and I assume that is why you couldn't find it. On the download list................................Query: Individual - A...

Re: Custom Query Download Problem

Hi Mike Family Census Facts or Census By Year Ancesters2 I'm not sure where they came from being truthful. As you suggested I may have created the first (I've had it quite a while) but the second was only downloaded on 31/01/19. As far as I remember I got it from FHUG website. It's a mystery but I w...

Re: Custom Query Download Problem

These two queries do work -

Family Census Facts and
Census By Year Ancesters2

I also downloaded

Census By Year - CS2
(See forum post / Genera l/ FT Analyser information / valkriders post.

This gave the same result as the above which didn't work.

Re: Show Project Statistics....not working!

Hi Mike Further to the previous post I thought I would try something else. Re: Show Project Statistics....not working!

Hi Mike

If I attach my gedcom file using Upload Attachment does that
mean that it's available to all on the forum? If that is the case
I think the E-mail route would be the better option as far as I
concerned, if that is OK with you.

Many thanks......Howard

Re: The Need to Upgade?

Hi David My Royal Family tree is very, very small compared to yours. I used it as a practise tree when adding photographs into FH v3. It was good to play with without interfering with my main tree. I have since upgraded it as a project in FH v5 for further use as a practice for multi media. Regards....

Re: The Need to Upgade?

Hi Mike When you checked Tools > Work with External File Links did the File Links box start with Project Data Folder followed by the Media folder, and without any X marks against any media? That means it is all good to go, and all the links are Relative to the Media folder. Now wherever you move/cop...

Re: The Need to Upgade?

Thank you Jane and Mike for replies. Yes Mike, you have caught me out. I had completely forgotten to get back on that post from 2011. All is OK now, I think from memory, I tracked down the missing files (fht and fhd) on my old HD, and copied then over. All is correct - I hope that makes sense! FH v5...

No you are not alone with yout tree of the Royal Family. I have one with about 120 individuals. I started it because of my interest, albeit small, to understand who was who and their relationships to each other. I then used this tree with photos I obtained on line to have a good play with how to lin...

I'm fairly new to FH and its doing everthing I want and more! I'm trying to get to grips with flags on a copy file at the moment.
