Named Lists

The following quote from Getting the Most From Family Historian explains the purpose of Named Lists:

It is often useful to be able to put together, and keep lists of records. Here are just some lists you might want to keep:

In short, Named Lists can be used in a variety of different ways, and for a variety of different purposes. (Chapter 15, "What are Named lists For").

Unlike Record Flags which can only be used with Individual Records, you can add records of any type to any Named List.
