I downloaded a trial copy of the program to my new laptop--I could not find the license #, now it has expired. Where do I find that information on my desktop computer to load it into the laptop?
I really have tried to find the answer in the help and on the forum, but did not get any results for this

Hi Kim,
You can not find the license number in the software. It would have been in the email you received if you downloaded the software -or- it would have been with the box if you ordered a CD.

Thank you for the prompt reply. I decided to try one more time to find my original email, and guess what? I was searching in the wrong email account. I found the license number and I am all set now.

I'm glad you were able to find the key. To make it easier in the future, you should probably create an installation archive as has been talked about in this forum. Take a look at this page towards the bottom:
